•The rates are charged PER NIGHT.
•In Season /School Holiday Rates have a minimum period requirement. i.e. Dec/Jan Holidays minimum 7 Night Slots.
•Out of Season Weekends minimum 2 nights.
•A Breakage/ Damages deposit to the same value of the per night rate is required minimum is R1500.00.
•All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation.
•Due to high and popular demand booking confirmation is on a "first payment cleared, first booked basis.", and once you received a booking confirmation from us.

•The use of our facilities are at your own risk.
•Maximum of 8 persons allowed per unit (including babies and children).
· Visiting Guests are not permitted to sleep over.
· The Units/Rooms may not be utilized as a venue for parties or functions of any sort.
•Sorry, we do not allow any pets.
•No smoking is allowed.
•No burning of incents are allowed.
•Our accommodation is not suitable for all the same single gender groups and or students and is for Families with couples only.
· DSTV is available on request.
· The balance of the booking, plus a R1500 breakage deposit is payable 30 working days before the arrival date. If this balance is not received in time, the deposit will be forfeited and the booking cancelled.
· The breakage deposit is only refundable if all is found to be in order, including smoking odour.
· A copy of your ID and proof of residence is required to secure the booking.
